At Cat Haven, we want you to be completely purr-fectly satisfied with your fashion finds; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all feline-inspired accessories and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
